My passion for yoga began when I was 10, and since then, my journey has helped me to live each moment with mindfulness and acceptance. As a certified yoga instructor with further specialized certification in trauma-informed yoga, I have a passion to help others through teaching, and created Mindful Synergy Yoga.
My biggest challenge prior to engaging Caroline to create my brand and website was visualizing how to actually market my business online for strangers who have never met me, and marketing it in a way that is authentic to who I am. This challenge made me feel nervous, overwhelmed, and quite stressed.
Caroline took time to get to know me, to understand my vision to create a flowing and peaceful experience, and fully invested herself in making the brand and website a true reflection of the values I bring to the service I offer.
